i'm a beginning golfer and i like this sport. just wanna know people around here that plays golf too?

equipment is very expensive but u can buy second hands stuff
lessons are okay but the greenfees is very expensive

The 'real' golf course is too big, and takes too long to play. I have played a couple of rounds before, so I know what I'm talking about... the walking kills (well, kind of, unless you have a power cart)... personally, I prefer pitch and putt because of it's smaller size course, and shorter playing time.

hey , im jealous that u got to play golf today, i wanna play golf, but never got a chance to, maybe when i get older ill get to, but for now... i wont be able to...

golf is a fantastic game but is a difficult ,not easy to play good golf.

i don't really know how, i would love to learn though, people says if you play golf, its consider a "rich" sport. what do you think?

went with my frens b4... feel that quite boring to me... hit once that hav to walk very far for another hit... no offence to golf fans...

i can play crazy golf!! does that count?.....ive only ever played proper golf once, and though it was a laugh i couldn't hit the ball properly!! i would either slice it or just grass skim it!! it feels so unnatural swinging the clubs...for me anyway...but maybe i try again one day

I did play driving range. i learned it from my friend tough. It is not bad.. quite a good game. Just stand still and hit the golf ball to the sky... pretty exciting game ^^

use to play at driving range quite often .. not very active now due to work load .. it is very interesting game / sport .. something for you to challenge ownself .. especially when you want to achieve some distance using driver and woods .. to be able to play golf well you must practise at least 3 or 4 times a week ..

i tried the driving range for the very first time last weekend... boy oh boy... looking at those people play is so easy... when its ur turn to hit the ball... hehehahahahha... man.. its difficulttttttttttttttt... but nevertheless.. i reckon it is interesting

i look forward to spring and summer every year because i get to play golf. i love playing golf. it's so relaxing. i really need to work on putting though.

never tired real golf.........but i did try mini golf....... .......n that it was hard......but i would like to try to play real golf....

I don't play often, it's too slow for me I really wish I had the patients for golf. I have to play fast pace games like basketball or tennis.

I dont play golf golf, but i do go mini golf, and driving range, dont have the time to play it and dont have the time to join the club.

i tired it when i was little it was kinda hard lol i like playing pool now at least i can hit a ball into a hole lol

i love golf. i started when i was about 11 and now ive gotten pretty good. but still the best games were when i just started and played with my friends. it was so funny cause we would always miss the ball and if we did hit it, it would always go into the bushes or end up somewhere on the next hole. now we play golf and its always on the green.....

i can't play golf to save my life, then again i've never really had someone teach me. My swing is all wrong maybe i'll go back one day once i get over the embaressment (i got a couple of weird looks the last time i went, everyone was in a golfing outfit while i was in jeans )

it is quite relaxing playing golf, very peace n acres of green

yeah... golf is hard... you need lots of practice.... posture is very important..... I've stated playing golf since grade 5.... unfortuately I'm still bad at it..... hahaha........ I play mostly at the driving range and pitch and put courses...... I enjoy it quite a bit.....

Takes a while to really excel at it and it's quite expensive, even here in Canada

i never really played golf before..but i have tried to hit it...haha..and it really didnt go that far =X....but i dont really like golf...casue i think it is too slow for me..=P....i like other sports that make you sweat and run and all =P..

I played Miniture Golf, tats about it. I never played professional golf yet, but would be a fun!

I don't play golf because it's boring. I thing it's a game for rich people. The equipments are expansive and the fees you have to pay to enter the club is very high. For me, it's not a sport, it's a game for the richs and an excuse for the business men to trade.

ey ya i h8 playing golf i think it is even more boring than chess i don't understand where is the joy of walking around and hitting a ball with a stick and how is it healthy when all you do is walk from the little kart to where the ball is haha!

I play golf for my school team, and I am an absolute fanatic. I know a lot of people think it's boring, and they don't see the excitement in such a "stationary" game. But golf is much more than that. Because of golf, I am able to be with my dad much more than usual (we don't live together). When you're out there on this beautiful golf course with a family member, no one else around, and you hit this amazing shot...it's a great feeling.

I think in Asian countries golf is thought to be only for the rich. But here in Australia anybody can play golf. There are expensive private clubs, but there are also more affordable public courses. Here everyone from school kids to business people can play.

i only like mini golf because the real golf's too hard...it takes so much skills and patience...i get fustrated enough trying to get the golf ball to go past the windmills in the mini courses...then i get fustrated and i'd just roll the ball like a bowling ball! i don't know why but for most teens, the mention of golf seems lame, like it's only meant for old people...but i don't think so.

Good game... I play once in a while up in China. Mission Hills Golf Club reminds me a lot of clubs in Australia.

Hm...i used to play with my dad during weekends when i'm still back in my hometown but since i've moved out to another town, i've never played golf ever since...i missed those days back then...

Golf's ok. if you can hit the ball far enough....i dropped it after awhile because it started getting frustrating when i hit the ball so close to da hole...juz not close enough kinda thing...it's a great sport for ppl hu enjoy walking n hav endless patience when they miss the hole....plus, it's real fun to shout "hole-in-one!" everytime you get a hit

Golf is not really my cup of tea. I've been to a mini golf place to do putting... and also to a driving range before... but I don't think it's something I find very interesting. I think I prefer more physical activities like karate, hockey and basketball.

I like the driving range where i can hit the damm ball as hard as i can when i hit it

i get so fustrated
the first few times,
all the spots around me have turfs of grass missing....

now i am consistently hitting the ball,
but it always goes off left
and no matter with club i use,
they all go the same distance!!

driving me crazy

but its a game you should learn,
all business people play it
and its rather embarrassing when i have to take 10 turns, hacking the ball 10m each time up the fairway

i had played golf twice but i dont like it, It's very boring because u hit the ball and walk to it and hit again. Always the same.
