I don't think he was with TVb before. Well I think Patrick Tam is managed by a separate company not TVB nor ATV even though he has filmed series for both companies. And he has just finished a mainland series that has some ATV actors in it like Benny Chan Chin Pang and Theresa Mak so, I'm pretty sure he's not with either company but, he does have a good relationship with TVB since they just asked him and Ada Choi to be guests on the Minutes to Fame show last week.
