I was in Hong Kong last month and i was lucky enough to bump into Kevin Cheng while he was filming his new series with Niki Chow. They happened to be filming in the mall connected to my hotel (Langham Place). It was funny watching Niki run up and down the escalators a couple of times. But later on I saw Kevin walking around waiting for his turn to start film. So it was then that i got the oppertunity to go ask him to take a picture with me. He was really nice and friendly and even asked where i was from (San Francisco). What a Gentlemen!!!

Bernice and Kevin Old Friends

Bernice Liu and Kevin Cheng were interviewed on a radio show earlier and as soon as they met, they were straight into conversation. Kevin revealed that he was introduced to Bernice four years ago through Timmy Hung and she mistook him for being gay at the time: "When I heard this, I immediately thought about what I had done to give her this impression." At this point, Kevin made a rather feminine gesture with his hands and said: "I hadn't even done this."

Bernice explains tha she has not really paid much attention to the showbiz news in Hong Kong: "Every time I saw him, he was always smelling very nice. When I go to dance, I meet a lot of gay men, so I thought he was one too. Every time I think about this memory, it makes me very amused!" New screen romance partners Kevin Cheng and Niki Chow were filming a dating scene for new series "Lovers under Sky Curtains" and in front of the cameras, they were looking very sweet and loving, but behind the cameras, they had to rehearse a lot before they could succeed. Asked if he had been single for too long and had lost his touch, Kevin replied: "Not at all! These things are like riding a bike or swimming, even after a few years, you always remember how to do it!" As for Niki, she earlier celebrated the good results for "The Gentle Crackdown" well covered up, but she and Kevin both agreed that if the new show does well and reaches 42 points, they will wear bikinis and if it reaches 45 points, then they will wear thongs!

Yesterday night, Niki Chow and Bosco Wong had to film an outdoor scene for their new series, "Lovers Under the Sky Curtains". Even though Niki's partner isn't rumored boyfriend Kevin Cheng, she acted very relaxed and even went to go buy ice cream with a girl assistant.

Because Kevin, Bosco, and Niki had to film "Lovers Under the Sky Curtains", they had to stay up numerous nights. Even though its filming time, there has been a few rumors that started. Last night Niki and Bosco continued to film for the series. Even though in the series Niki and Kevin are a perfect match, Bosco always had a crush on Niki. Last night the two of them filmed a normal talk scene.

Even though rumored boyfriend, Kevin, isn't there on the scene, Niki does not worry that she'll be lonely. On air she is very calm, and when she isn't in the scene, Bosco, staffs, and she would laugh and talk. She also convinced a girl assistant to go with her to buy ice cream and ate it happily. Looks like the rumors didn't bother her!

i think kevin is a really talented actor...i've loved him ever since i saw hard fate....i think he dose a really good job protraying each character Recently i've been watching yummy yummy and i find that he's doing an awesome job...i really like how his character has such a good heart and is nice to all his freinds...thot i was the cutest when tavia called him to ask for his help with fixing the car....it kinda sucks that yummy yummy isnt getting too great of ratings...i hope it does better because it's a really good series...

Kevin Cheng Injures Foot: Couldn't Even Walk

Kevin Cheng who is working on his new series, Lovers under the Sky, accidentally stepped the wrong foot on the stairs, had to be taken to the hospital by workers. Fortunately, after taking an x-ray, it showed that no bones were broken or fractured. But Kevin was still told to rest for 3 days, resuming work yesterday. Kevin said, “Did I know at the time? Kevin Cheng and Kathy Chow were guests at a skincare promotion earlier and Kevin says that appearance is still very important for men and for him, it is easy to put weight on his face, so he is always looking in the mirror to remind himself not to put on too much weight.

Kevin and Kathy's sister Niki are currently filming together for TVB series "Lovers Under Sky Curtains" and it has been rumoured that he has been saving snacks for Niki. He admits that he saved a chicken leg for Niki during the blessing ceremony, but he also did the same for Auntie Happy Ha. He feels that Niki is very straight and a great partner.

Asked about the rumours between her sister and Kevin, Kathy says she does not rule out the possibility of them dating because they are always together at the studios, but buying snacks is a very common thing. My dad recorded a new comer show for '93 and i saw Kevin in it. He was a decent singer back then but didnt win any awards. A note of interest... Steven Ma was in the same year as him and won the bronze for new comer.

He really doesnt look 36 tho... he actually looks younger than Steven.

Kevin is emotional when fans sing Happy Birthday

Yesterday it was Kevin Cheng’s birthday, he and over a hundred fans had a birthday party to celebrate. Out of all these years, this year’s party was attended by the most fans. Not only did fans from Hong Kong attend, Canadian and Mainland fans also came. A female fan was very thoughtful and knew that it was impossible for Kevin to remember all his fan’s names, so she made a photo album writing the names the fans under their picture. Kevin's Working Birthday

Kevin Cheng spent his birthday this year working, but he doesn't feel bad about it at all because a lot of fans and fellow cast members celebrated with him and Niki Chow even gave him two 'long life buns'. Asked what his birthday wish is, Kevin says: "The most important thing is good health. (Do you want a girlfriend?) This is not a birthday wish, this is my usual wish. I would rather do without than go for anyone, so I will not drop my standards." Also, Kevin revealed that he had spent a five-figure sum in buying a watch for himself as a birthday present.

Kevin Cheng, Raymond Lam and Eric Tsang were at Tai Koo city’s ice rink doing promotions for a new electric razor, Kevin and Raymond was accompanied by many professional girl ice skaters to do tricks, the boy’s skills were ok but Kevin was calmer.

Kevin and Raymond both admitted that when they were in secondary school, they would always hang out at the ice rink, hoping to know some girls, but the two have never succeeded, Kevin said “Back then I was really shy, so I would only look, I wouldn’t dare going up to her.” And Raymond also mentioned that the most memorable was with one girl that I bumped into and we both lost balance and was spinning in the middle of the ice rink, very romantic atmosphere.

I agree one hundred percent! I started liking him since slim chance. I didn't know his name back then so kept calling him "soung see"( his name from that drama) I think he is one of the best actor in TVB now. Good thing TVB is promoting him more and more.
