after how many months i decided to watch it because Choi Siwon was in it....

I'm currently watching Spring Waltz and going on to episode 5 already. So far I'm liking the story. I like the train scene. The lead guy is kinda serious and not much smile to see from him. He's the opposite of the lead girl who has one sweet charming smile. I also like the scene when they were dancing. I'm liking the chemistry between the two. Hoping for a good ending.


Does anyone know where I can download Spring Waltz OST? Those links posted is no longer working. And anybody got the song/lyrics of the title is I think One Love (could only understand the English part.. that's mostly what I hear on the background music). I would really appreciate it. Thanks.

hehe, OMGOSH!! I totally AGREE with you!!! =D The Jae-ha & Enyong have GREAT chemistry together that I finished watching the entire series in 2 days!!! If you think that the train scenes are CUTE, there will be MORE later on that is ADORABLE!!!

Okay, I seriously DISLIKED Phillip!!! He's ALWAYS getting in the way & he knows it tooooooo!!! He was like: "i really really like Enyong!" & secretly he was telling Jae-ha to BACK offff!!! >________<; hehe, but I did feel sorry for him since he's ALWAYS second to Jae-Ha!!

"that im lost without your love..."....whew!!!!! i was very impressed with the series..living up the saga of ENDLESS LOVE SERIES...very fit to be the finale of the four-season series..! just by hearing the soundtrack..u would be hooked !!!!!!!! i loved everything about spring waltz.!!!!!!!!

wow! 2 days... you just can't wait for the happy ending. I just finished it last week and I might watch it again maybe next week. Yep! there are many adorable/happy scenes of Jae-ha & Eun-young... and the sad scenes especially Jae-ha's teary/crying scenes... *tissue please*

So many cute scenes like... when they were taking care of the baby and the little girl (there's that scene when the baby was pulling Han Hyo Joo's hair... I like that one )... their scenes in the car... oh yeah, also the one where they were catching the 'runaway chickens' ...gotta watch these scenes again.

And I think Eun-young likes/loves Jae-ha more than Phillip. Well, for me... what Eun-young felt for Phillip was like he's just only a friend to her. Eun-young's heart beats for the one and only Jae-ha.

There were also nice scenes between the 'young' Jae-ha and Eun-young. I love the sceneries they used and the OSTs too especially One Love... btw, I was asking for the ost download... someone shared a link over at the Seo Do Young thread so yeah, can't wait to listen to it!

OHAYO! I was recommended to watch it. I must say that it's too early to give my final say on how gud this drama is.

I'm now watchg episode 5 but I think the plotline has not gathered momentum yet to merit my interest! Is the cast a new set of ppl in K-industry?

There are an excess of weaving into the past and present, and somehow u get lost while viewg, that's my opinion!

OHAYO! Kinda of more interestg now.........But I still think that the rich props/things used and found in the drama were not used to the utmost best! KBS certainly has great financial resources to back up this drama!

I pity Philip a lot! Zaihe's mood swing is bad! I forgive him cos' he is an accomplished pianist, composer and performer.

Euying wld couple better with Philip! But the actors and actresses seem to lack somethg in the drama! Can it be due to 3 different languages used in certain scenes! They sort of hamper the flow of moving from one act to another!

I like one of the songs but not the theme one!

Ahh! just finished this series. I like it very much. It gets kinda drawn out at some points. The scenery is just beautiful. I find it funny how Phillip will be talking in English and Jaeha always answers in Korean. I think Eun Young's actress did a really good job. Little Eunyoung was so cute!

I love this series. I just finished watching it a few days ago and i have to say, this drama become my most favorite korean drama. I haven't seen all of the season stories. I've seen Autumn in my heart. I thought was quite draggy. So, it made me hesitant to watch Winter Sonata and summer scent.

As for Spring Waltz, the music in the drama got me sitting down and watch it. Then I was totally hooked on to it. The scenery was just beautiful and colorful.. just like spring time. I love Jaeha and Eunyoung's love. This is really a very touching story.. The scene where Jaeha found out about Eunyoung at the island got me cry buckets...

Yeap, I so love the music that I have downloaded the classical music ost too.

hmmm,i dont think ABS-CBN deserves to aired "Spring Waltz"...why? simply because they were using the korean talents that GMA-7 brought to the Filipino audiences...why i said this?...here's why...;

Suh Do-Young was one of the actors in korean drama "Emperor of the Sea",which was recently aired on QTV 11,which is a part or should i say affiliate of GMA-7...

Lee So-Yeon was one of the actors in korean drama "Super Rookie",which was aired in GMA-7 last year...but unfortunately,the airing of the said drama was cut because of some show changes... :-(

Daniel Henney is one one of the actors in MBC drama "My Name is Kim Sam Soon/My Lovely Sam Soon which was aired twice last year on GMA-7...

ABS-CBN took some korean dramas like "A Love To Kill" who's the lead actor was Bi(Rain) but unfortunately,it was not that a good success in airing that drama because Bi(Rain) was first brought to the Filipino audiences in a korean drama "Full House" by GMA-7 and was known as "Justin"....

its hard to accept but TRUE....

and on the comment that ABS-CBN has better dubbers...nah,i must say its GMA-7 who fits that quote...which was the "best dubbers" when it comes to asian dramas and animes...

I agree with you on the series. I actually found Spring Waltz a little on the slow side and it was harder to get into.

i've just finished watching spring waltz and it was pretty good. but i haven't watched the other ones yet so i'm kinda in an awkward position. but i was surprised how they picked a 19 year old girl to play a leading role when the guy is like i think 25. correct me if i'm wrong.

i watch Spring Waltz" already and finished all of its episodes.as a writer myself,i found this drama the 2nd best after "Winter Sonata"...why? the story was really very touching.the plot,the scenery,and the casts belend really well.

the director/producer of this drama made again such a masterpiece...good combination of the casts,the story really goes well from start to ending,and a breath-taking view of a beautiful island that really suits the drama and the title itself.

at first,i was eager to watch "Spring Waltz" because of Daniel Henney...but as i watched it,i found out that the story itself was really awesome...Suh Do Young and Han Hyo Joo really did a very good acting...

the techniques used here in this drama really catches my attention a lot...coz i used the same techniques in writing my story(actually,i'm writing one now,just starting chapter 6 of my story)...shifting of past-to-future and future-to-past is really interesting...and gives the story that catchy and hooking attitude by the viewer...

scaling from 1 to 10(10 is the highest),i rate this drama 9 out of 10...
definitely amazing...

This is a pretty good drama.. especially if you are in the mood for a mellow romance/melodramatic type of drama like Save the Last Dance for Me. I admit, I only bought it, because it had Daniel Henney in it..and I thought he was the most handsome guy I've ever seen! But having bought it, I was thoroughly satisfied with it... It's probably not the kind of drama I would watch over and over though.. just gotta be in a mood to watch it.

I loved this drama!!! It is seriously one of my favorites. The storyline was so sweet and the ending was so cute. Ah.....makes me wanna start watching it again.

Actually I bought first a vcd but the last disk stopped on the last few minutes of the final scene that made me buy the 1-disk dvd.

The vcd has a better subtitle (but some eps were not) than the dvd. At first I thought the dvd has good subtitle but it was only on the first episode... the remaining episodes were kind of a pain to read/understand

And yeah you post too at the 'Suh Do Young thread'... don't know if you have read every post there but have you downloaded/watched the 'Spring Waltz Promotional Clip' that 'MingDao20' posted... she posted the link on the 2nd page/post #77 (there were 2 but they're just the same... one was the whole clip and the other one was she did it by segments coz it's a 13-minute+ clip... took me more than an hour to download the whole clip coz I'm using dial-up... should have downloaded the 'by segments' ones). You'd see there some really nice scenes that they did not include on the series. Remember that very first scene... Eun-young praying/New Year celebration in Austria... there was a scene on that promo clip where Jae-ha's praying too, I think in the same place where she's praying.

Still up to now I haven't seen our teaser ad... I wish though that ABS would make something like that coz it's really a nice promo clip.

Two KBS Dramas to Be Aired in Japan from April

The producer of popular KBS dramas, “Spring Waltz” and “The Snow Queen," says the two series will soon air on Japanese television.

Production company Yoon’s Color said that Japan’s NHK will begin broadcasting “Spring Waltz” on April seventh. “The Snow Queen” will make its debut in April via satellite before being broadcast on a terrestrial channel in May.

Yoon’s Color also plans to open a “Korean Wave Drama Experience Hall” at its office near Hongik University in western Seoul, where much of “Spring Waltz" was shot.

The production company said the hall will later include memorabilia from other hit soap operas themed on the four seasons such as “Autumn in My Heart” and “Winter Sonata.”

'Queen of the Snow' and 'Spring Waltz' to be aired in Japan



The KBS drama series 'Spring Waltz' and 'Queen of the Snow' will be aired on Japanese television.

The production company Yoons Color announced on the 21st, "'Spring Waltz' will be aired on NHK starting April 7th and a special program will be aired one week prior to the first episode on March 31st. 'Queen of the Snow' will air in April through a satellite channel and through regular broadcasting in May."

The special program which will be recorded at the NHK studios on the 28th will feature the director and producer Yoon Sook Ho along with the lead actor and actress Seo Do Young and Han Hyo Joo.

Meanwhile, Yoons Color plans to open a Hallyu Drama Experience Center in April near their office by Hongik University which was also used as a filming location for the drama series. Yoons Color commented, "We will renovate the set in cooperation with the city of Seoul and open centers for 'Summer Scent,' 'Autumn Fairy Tale,' and 'Winter Sonata' amongst others."

'Snow Queen,' 'Spring Waltz' to Air in Japan



The KBS drama series 'Snow Queen' and 'Spring Waltz' will air on Japan's terrestrial TV.

The production agency Yoon's Color said Wednesday that Spring Waltz will begin airing April 7 on NHK, with a special introductory program scheduled a week earlier on March 31. Snow Queen will begin showing on satellite cable from April and on terrestrial TV in May.

A Spring Waltz special promo that will be recorded next Wednesday at an NHK studio will feature producer Yoon Seok-ho and the show's male and female leads, Seo Do-young and Han Hyo-joo.

Yoon's Color will also open a Korean drama promotion center at its office near the Hongik University area in Seoul, where parts of the drama were shot.

The agency said that, with government help, it will remodel the film venue into a center showcasing all of producer Yoon's four season-themed dramas including 'Summer Scent,' 'Autumn Tale' and 'Winter Sonata.'

i've already finished it! and i can't wait to make the review with my friend! it's a really nice drama! made it into my number 3 list of fave dramas! hehehe...

and yeah, number 1, sweetest couple!

What I didn't like in this series:

1) The guys wore lip-stick. That's a turn off.

2) The Dialogue /script was poorly written. A guy who is American had to use basic simple English to communicate with his friends. The conversation was boring . i.e " I want you to apologise to such and such"....... or...... "You should have introduce such and such in the meeting". Gosh what short of a script is that??

3) The storyline drags on and on...

4) The main actress act as the mistress who happens to break a steady relationship. What is going on here? She should be the one who portrays the innocent one not the bad one. If she doesn't like the guy she should have told him in the face...why all the drag and giving hope to him?? I wouldn't do such a thing like that in real life.


What I liked about this series:


1) The scenary is nice...love those yellow flowers...

2) That young boy acted very good....I can envision him growing up to be a STAR.

i have just watch the first episode today...not really drawn into the series yet....but the sceneries are just amazing...its so beautiful..and the lead guy is such a pretty boy...and he has such nice eyes...hopefully it will turn out to be good..

i watched this a while ago but here and there i've re-watch it.... i luv this series.... the chemistry between the two was great and some and favorite scene (even though there were many): when he was walking her back to their shop.... he grab her and turn back because he didn't want to leave yet... also the scene where he kissed her unexpectly.....

I've rewatched it too but sometimes I'd fast-forward it mostly on the JH/EY parts *if only there's a gadget that could count all their scenes together and play only their scenes * ...though I also like JH's scenes with his little brother. Same here... I love the chemistry between those two lovey-dovey . As I watch it, the way they acted their characters... was for me very natural they portrayed their parts well.

Another great and happy ending Korean drama. I love the both main characters and their personality. My favorite scense was when Sohu went to the island, along the road of his childhood memory on the grassy hill, he saw a girl. And finally when she turned around, it was her, the girl he had been loving for so long was the person that has always been by his side. To his surprise, he was very happy and cried into tears.

this series was soo good! I didn't think it would be as good as Autumn Tale but actually it is not bad! I was addicted to it haha....watched it over like 3 times already...but i still prefer autumn tale i think!!

9/10 for this drama because i still luv autumn tale more! hehe but recomended to anyone who is deciding whether or not they want to see this!
