Taiwan Stars Totaled Their Earnings, Who Made the Most...

Taiwan singers, entertainers running on both shores, one after another building their popularity in China & make money. It has become their mainstream, who was the richest last year? Zhou Chiehlun(Jay Chow), Xiao Yahsuan(Elva Hsiao), Hu Gua, Wu Tsunghsien, F4, S.H.E, Lin Hsinju, Cai Ilin(Jolin Tsai), Lin Chih Ying(Jimmy Lin), 5566, all were among the top. Jimmy Lin will be 30 years old this year, papa Lin looked forward to him getting marry sooner, seeing Xiao Zhi concentrating on racing these few years, his love life yields no result, papa Lin said helplessly: "Actually Lin Hsinju is really very good/not bad, it's just that, both of them are busy, to have a future, have to wait for a miracle to appear!"

Papa Lin opened his mouth & mentioned his old love, Lin Chih Ying's facial expression appeared a bit uncomfortable. When Lin Hsinju came out w/ a picture album/book, Lin Chih Ying went on stage to offer flowers, there were clarification on their relationship, but afterwards split up & reuniting unceasingly. in the series LS2, jimmy had to wear the hat since it's an ancient series and jimmy doesn't have to wear a wig because if he did, he will look like his father (that is the one jimmy played in LS1).. cool huh? he wears it all the time, even when he's hanging upside down, the hat never comes off!!

oooh.. i've watched the 2 trailers of TLBB and the series is so interesting, and how will i describe it, uhh... majestic?! great effects, great people, and good story.. all in one series!!!! is it now showing in taiwan and china?! urgh, i wanna watch it too!!!!! jimmy is not the main character though, but it's good to see him so serious... blush

TLBB is a story about three entirely different people who, by chance, meet and become sworn brothers. The three then have many adventures together. Jimmy as Duan Yu, a prince from Dali.

Jimmy Escape From Paralysis When Filming Swordfighting Serial

After facing lots of difficulties, TV serial 'SJQXLSB' has finally ended its filming work in Hsin Chang recently. However, as Jimmy insisted not to use a substitute, he got injured during filming and almost delayed the completion date.
SJQXLSB is about the story of a famous composer, Liu Yong, with Jimmy starring as the character.

In this film, none of the action scenes used any computer effects. It totally depends on the genuine skills of the actors. So as to allow the acting to be more realistic, Jimmy insist to do the stunts on his own, and not with the use of any substitutes. In one scene when fighting with a group of monks in Da Fou temple, Jimmy turned 3 somersaults in mid-air but eventually landed heavily on the ground. At that moment, he felt excruciating pain at his waist and wasn't able to move a bit. After resting for a while, he regained some movement, and insisted to continue filming. But for the next following days, the great pain caused Jimmy to requiring to take 4 to 5 painkillers a day. The outcome of doing a check up in the local hospital was a damage to a small bone next to the spine.

Eventually, under his father's 'threatenings', Jimmy has to return back to Taiwan. From the X-rays taken in Taiwan's several hospitals, it showed that the bone next to his spine was already fractured, and the reason was due to the poking impact of the supporting ring of the harness during the hard landing. If this ring was slightly towards the side, directly under his spine, it would have caused him total paralysis, and even put his life to danger. The doctors in Taiwan advised Jimmy to rest for at least 3 months, but knowing that the production would suffer great loss if they were to find a replacement at last minute, Jimmy insist to return to the film set. After one treatment process, Jimmy brought with him a potent pain suppressing medication prescribed by his doctor to the filmset. As his treatment had taken 12 days, Jimmy had to work for 15 to 16 hours a day when he got back to the team, only enabling the team to complete all the filmings despite all these difficulties.

i've seen this news last month in mad_abt_jimmylin site if i remember it right... poor jimmy and now, jimmy has to wear braces on his back just to support his injured bone, he's now recovering and he even performed a stunt this week as a firemen ambassador...

omgosh! jimmy's so good. doing those summersaults in tha air nd stuff. buh he really needs a break. if he keeps going on like this. he's gonna get even more hurt. i've fractured a bone before. nd it hurts. nd mine was juss minor. oh. i hope he'll be okie soon.
