SHORT SYNOPSIS

MingDao plays Shan JunHao, the manager of Senwell hotel. He and Fan YunXi (played by QiaoQiao) are about to get married but because of an accident, he loses his memory. He is saved by Ye TianYu (played by QiaoEn). That's when the Prince turns into a Frog. Ever since his accident, all the hotel affairs are handled by Xu ZhiQian (ShaoWei). The fates of these four people are intervened ever since JunHao's accident...

EXTENDED SYNOPSIS

Fate brings together a girl who dreams of marrying a wealthy man and a very ambitious prince (businessman is more like it). Because of an accident, the prince becomes a frog instead (not literally lol) and the girl thinks she’s picked up an illegal immigrant. She enslaves him and takes advantage of him all the time but she doesn’t realize that the man she’s been waiting for is him.

A subvert fairy tale now begins…

TianYu (played by QiaoEn) was influenced by her stepmother JinZhi and her deceased father’s financial debts at a young age so she understands that money is very important. Her motto in life is: Maintaining a family needs frugality, Make money to spend. Even so, the only thing that’s important to her is to attend a concert dedicated to her deceased birth mother, wearing the most beautiful dress in the village. The dress, however, is in the village’s boutique and she can’t afford it.

JunHao (played by MingDao) is the new general manager of Senwell hotels. Because of the fact that he was exposed to power at a young age, he’s able to make resolute decisions. He sees YunXi (played by QiaoQiao), the girl who he grew up with as his future bride. As for his good friend ZiQian, JunHao is always getting headaches from all the frustration placed upon him by ZiQian. Take Tang ShunMing’s case for example. JunHao wanted ZiQian to settle a problem with Tang ShunMing but Tang almost committed suicide because of ZiQian’s words. In order to settle this mess, JunHao goes to the village but at the same time, YunXi refuses to get engaged. ZiQian listens patiently to YunXi’s reasons as to why she doesn’t want to be engaged and hopes that JunHao would understand her. In order to make JunHao understand, ZiQian buries his feelings for YunXi but he also hopes that she would accept him one day…

Because she wants to buy the dress, TianYu joins a competition and even drags ZhengZhe (played by Anthony) into the water (they live in a fishing village!). I have no idea how to describe the competition they were in lol TianYu gets a cramp in her leg and can’t move. Meanwhile, JunHao is on a boat (I hope it’s a yacht). Just the day before, he had proposed to YunXi on a hot air balloon and the ring fell into the sea. He sees TianYu in the water so he saves her. However, he starts arguing with her when he sees the ring on her hand. It turns out that TianYu found the ring on the beach the day before and thought it was a fake one and she forgot to take it off. She fell into the water again and he wasn’t planning on saving her again. But when he saw that she was drowning, he saved her again. He did CPR on her, but she’s mad because he stole her first kiss!

TianYu doesn’t know that in front of her is a prince…all she knows is that he’s the satyr who stole her first kiss.

A fairytale now begins.

CHARACTER INTRODUCTION


Shan JunHao (MingDao)
He's 28 years old and is the only child of the CEO of Senwell Hotels. He's hardworking and determined but many people dislike him for his despotic way of working. Since he's next in line for CEO, he sees unrealistic, dumb, ordinary and uambitious people as obstacles in improving society.


Fan YunXi (QiaoQiao)
She's 23 years old and is JunHao's fiancee. She was abandoned by her parents at Senwell as a young child and JunHao took her in. She grew up with ZiQian and was raised to be JunHao's wife. She is appropriate and isn't arrogant. She's logical and determined, is hell-bent to love and does everything JunHao pleases.


Xu ZhiQian (ShaoWei)
He's 29 years old and is the Creative Director at Senwell. He has management skills and as well as something JunHao doesn't have: creativity. He dislikes confrontations so he tries to settle everything in a peaceful manner. So if JunHao steps into a competition with him, ZhiQian would choose to give up, even if it involves YunXi.


Ye TianYu (QiaoEn)
She's 23 years old. She is the adopted daughter of the fishing village's grocery and gas business. She's bubbly, careless, thinks quick and physically fit. But when it comes to money, she can lie about almost everything.


Zhang MingHan (Gino)
He's 27 years old and is the vice president of Senwell. He inherited his intelligence and abilities from his father and supposed to be manager. But JunHao's return from overseas ruined his plans so he sees JunHao as his enemy. He also opposes JunHao in every way.


Li DaWei (YuRong)
He's 26 and is JunHao's assistant and junior. He's also JunHao's trusted partner. He's upright, serious and often contradicts JunHao but he always yields TO JunHao in the end. JunHao always seek him for advice when he's lost or frustrated.

hmm...well, i'll reserve judgement about the mingdao/qiaoen relationship, cause i don't really know much about mingdao. and i haven't seen him in a series before. however, if mingdao "gets the girl," won't i end up feeling sorry for shaowei instead? has he ever gotten the girl in a series?

and you're right about jason. it's almost like i expect to see him now, just because qiaoen is there. it'll be nice but different to watch a series without both of them in it.

i dont think there's any summary yet since the main website of it is not even made yet. Tho I heard mingdao is a manager that lose memory.. therefore.. a prince before turned into someone without identity? mingdao is a good actor I should say.. proven that he got a call back after playing tian guo de jia yi [that was before ge dou tian wang] usually it took SET like 3/4 series to call the same actor/actress.. like what happened to 5566 with wss and gdtw.. and qiaoen seemed to get calls rather quick too.. so Im guessing they're really good actor/actresses.. hehe..

lol.. if mingdao gets the girl.. shaowei MIGHT get xiaoqiao =P well him n xiaoqiao rather matches too.. in my personal opinion shaowei match xiaoqiao more than he match qiaoen =S lol.. hMMM.. true.. to think of it he never kind of get a girl in a series.. did he ended up with aki in TOFC?? I think SET didn't intend to get Ambrose for this series, they just used his name to promote the drama ( u can see that all the main cast in their series so far r all from JS) Sorry, no offence.. but i don't quite like Mingdao
However, im glad now because Ambrose quit this series n got another drama which brings him a 3-times- higher talent fee than this one, hehe

Btw, do u know abt the role of Sam ? Is he a artist or a hotel supervisor in this series ?

his character there is just likeable =P and watching shows with him inside, it seems like he's friendly and the joker type.. u know.. JR or Zax or shaowei or shanwei's type.. the one just always jokes around for the sake of entertainment.. lolz..

I HAVE A BRIEF SUMMARY!

I was reading the April issue of "My Color" and I saw MingDao. There was a brief summary on this drama.

MingDao plays Shan JunHao, the manager of Senwell hotel. He and Fan YunXi (played by QiaoQiao) are about to get married but because of an accident, he loses his memory. He is saved by Ye TianYu (played by QiaoEn). That's when the Prince turns into a Frog. Ever since his accident, all the hotel affairs are handled by Xu ZhiQian (ShaoWei). The fates of these four people are intervened ever since JunHao's accident...

It sounds interesting and I am looking forward to seeing QiaoEn with MingDao!

I was reading the April issue of "My Color" and I saw MingDao. There was a brief summary on this drama.

MingDao plays Shan JunHao, the manager of Senwell hotel. He and Fan YunXi (played by QiaoQiao) are about to get married but because of an accident, he loses his memory. He is saved by Ye TianYu (played by QiaoEn). That's when the Prince turns into a Frog. Ever since his accident, all the hotel affairs are handled by Xu ZhiQian (ShaoWei). The fates of these four people are intervened ever since JunHao's accident...

anyway.. sounds interesting.. betcha qiaoqiao gonna somehow turns evil to snatch mingdao back from qiaoen when she meet him.. lolz..

hey i could read a lil chinese and i see in mingdaos description it says " mei yo nao dai " :x man he must be really careless then and he's like a son of a rich person ! hope he's not those stubborn rich kids, and i read in qiaoqiaos description and it says she grew up together with saowei&that she's mingdao's fianace =x i have the most bootleggest chinese ><

so mingdao sam n qiao grew up together neeh? well i reckon there will be triangle love in that... oh and rivalries between sam n mingdao too... oOOOoo.. cant wait to watch xD

Lost memory ??? Maybe dreamstar n I r the same. I hate 'memory loss', esp this time... Do u realize that the storyline sounds like Meteor Garden II ? bash SET doesn't have any better things to put in the story or they think a cliche will attract audience ?

yesssssss.. I just have a thing with memory loss... absolutely hated it..
i always view memory loss as something series script writer look for when they have no other idea how to continue the series.
but then this one.. since all of the things happened because of the memory loss..
I kind of think that its still better because they have planned the memory loss as the cause of everything.. so thats kinda ok..
i dnw abt you kath.. but having knowing this memory loss thing will effect everything in the series, I kind of.. let it go.. lolz..
well I'll have to watch n see how well this plot is going than judge it ^^

NOO ! i only read & said that qiaoqiao and sam grew up together but i dont know about mingdao

edit;
wait maybe qiaoqiao did grew up with mingdao cos it also says that something since she was little something about her parents working or being at that senwell hotel place.

^^haha. we must all have the saddest chinese skills. i was reading over the character descriptions, too, and that's what i was getting. it looks like she grew up with shaowei, but has also known mingdao for a long time since her parents were at the hotel a lot.

and on a different note, what's yurong doing in this drama?!? i'm still not over hating him in ASQJMM.

TRANSLATIONS

Shan JunHao (MingDao)
He's 28 years old and is the only child of the CEO of Senwell Hotels. He's hardworking and determined but many people dislike him for his despotic way of working. Since he's next in line for CEO, he sees unrealistic, dumb, ordinary and uambitious people as obstacles in improving society.

Fan YunXi (QiaoQiao)
She's 23 years old and is JunHao's fiancee. She was abandoned by her parents at Senwell as a young child and JunHao took her in. She grew up with ZiQian and was raised to be JunHao's wife. She is appropriate and isn't arrogant (I'm not sure about this one because the words are diffcult lol) She's logical and determined, is hell-bent to love and does everything JunHao pleases.

Xu ZhiQian (ShaoWei)
He's 29 years old and is the Creative Director at Senwell. He has management skills and as well as something JunHao doesn't have: creativity. He dislikes confrontations so he tries to settle everything in a peaceful manner. So if JunHao steps into a competition with him, ZhiQian would choose to give up, even if it involves YunXi.

Ye TianYu (QiaoEn)
She's 23 years old. She is the adopted daughter of the fishing village's grocery and gas business. She's bubbly, careless, thinks quick and physically fit. But when it comes to money, she can lie about almost everything. (Omg, is she a gold digger???)

Zhang MingHan (Gino)
He's 27 years old and is the vice president of Senwell. He inherited his intelligence and abilities from his father and supposed to be manager. But JunHao's return from overseas ruined his plans so he sees JunHao as his enemy. He also opposes JunHao in every way.

Li DaWei (YuRong)
He's 26 and is JunHao's assistant and junior. He's also JunHao's trusted partner. He's upright, serious and often contradicts JunHao but he always yields TO JunHao in the end. JunHao always seek him for advice when he's lost or frustrated.

My Comments: I don't really like MingDao's description. But I DO believe that when he loses his memory and spends time with QiaoEn, he'll change into a likeable person. Hopefully QiaoEn's greed for money would stop when she's with him. QiaoQiao may seem like an appropriate lady, but I'm sure she'll turn into a scheming woman just to get MingDao back or maybe even turn to ShaoWei as a substitute. Gino might also start to get along with the new MingDao lol...Gosh, when is this coming out? I can't wait!
