(1/28/2005) Jaycee Chan (Fong Cho Ming) and Fiona Sit Hoi Kei yesterday worked on the Derek Yee Tung Sing directed new film JO SHOOK (EARLY MATURATION) on an isolated island in Sai Kung. Because of the remote location, everyone had to take a car and a boat ride before arriving it. In the story Cho Ming and Sit Hoi Kei have "eloped" to this island. Cho Ming even went into the water to catch fish.
The film has just started production and Fong Cho Ming and Sit Hoi Kei have already been linked in gossip. Cho Ming was even said to offer to share his meal with her. Cho Ming said that actually she gave it to him out of pity. Because that day was cold and he was very hungry, she treated him to the meal. Cho Ming also felt the press used poor terms like "promiscuous flirting" on her. Earlier in gossip with Gillian Chung Yun Tung similar terms were used. The words actually would affect someone's feeling.
Cho Ming honestly said that when he first met Sit Hoi Kei, he felt she was very cool and a little arrogant. Later he realized that she was too shy to talk to strangers. Cho Ming expressed that he expected gossips, but Sit Hoi Kei expressed that she did not. Cho Ming said, "Maybe I am more experienced than her." As for love scenes, Cho Ming joked that he did not even dare to think about them because he was terrified whenever he did.
For his first lead role, Cho Ming revealed that because of his mumbling the director has scolded him. He also pointed out that his eyes were too shifty. While working with Eric Tsang Chi Wai and Teresa Mo Shun Kwan, he did not dare to look into their eyes.
Sit Hoi Kei said that she was someone who warmed up slowly. When her friends first met her, they did not like her. As for reports that accused Sit Hoi Kei of going after Cho Ming, Sit Hoi Kei clarified that the director was the one who treated them to a meal. She has talked with Cho Ming and even joked that she was written to use such cheap food to get a guy. She helplessly said, "Sometimes they say I am 'promiscuous', sometime they say I am 'arrogant', sometimes they say I am gay." She felt that the audience could tell and deliberate explanation only made matter worse.

Producer: Wong Wai Sing
Script: Lee Yee Wah, Choi Suk Yin
Cast: Michael Miu, Ron Ng, Tavia Yeung, Sammul Chan, Fiona Sit, Deep Ng
Synopsis:
This is not the story of "Naja not fearing the Dragon King..." (reference "Police Cadet 1985"), but the story of Chung Lap Man (Ron Ng), who enters the Police Training Academy after his parents split up as a protest against instructing officer Lee Man Sing (Michael Miu), who he believes to have caused the break up of his happy family. In the 27 week training course, he meets many other cadets and gets on well with Lee Pak Kiu (Sammul Chan). Due to a misunderstanding, Pak sees Man Sing as an obstruction... The two men also meet waitress Ho Fa (Tavia Yeung) and rich girl Ma Hoi Lam (Fiona Sit) and embark on some romance... Who will eventually find success?
Sammul:
"Maybe because I hadn't filmed a series for a while, but I felt a little uneasy during the shoot for this series. It wasn't too hard work being a cadet, because I have experience of working for the Red Cross and marching was not a problem for me. The happiest thing was to be able to spend time living and filming in the Police Academy, it really was a memory that will last a lifetime. The must surprising incident was finding an ATM inside the school, but it was very hidden, you had to go past the principal's office and down a corridor before you saw it. It was quite unusual."
Fiona:
"Filming series for the first time broke three personal records for me. The first was only sleeping for three hours in three days, the second was putting on 10 lbs and the third was getting the best tan ever after so much location filming in the sun. Afterwards, I felt very accomplished, because at the end of it, our marching was almost as good as the real cadets and all the cast were very happy. As the weather was very hot and uncomfortable, so hot that the soles of our shoes were melting, it was very easy to suffer sunstroke."

Fiona Sit Hoi Kei yesterday said that in April she would be with the media and viewers everyday because of her first film 2 YOUNG (JO SHOOK) and television series HOK GAING HUNG SUM as well as her record FUNNY GIRL will all be released. To cooperate with the promotions, everyone will be able to see or hear her in every media outlet.
She has been so busy that she did not even have time to read the paper. She had no idea about 2 YOUNG director Derek Yee Tung Sing's September wedding. "Really? I have congratulated him on the Best Director Award. No wonder he sounded like he was all grins." Fiona even praised the cooking of Yee Tung Sing's girlfriend.
"Acting wise, after one movie and I am hooked. I have already accepted two new roles." As for her new record, Fiona revealed that during the cover shoot she gained ten pounds. Finally double chins showed up on the cover. She comforted herself and said that her round face was just like the title, very funny.

[The Sun]
Fiona Sit Hoi Kei in 2 YOUNG (JO SHOOK) became pregnant after one night with Jaycee Chan (Fong Cho Ming). Rich girl Fiona's parents want to break them up and they take off. In one scene she and Cho Ming hide in isolated countryside to avoid being caught. The day of the shoot was cold. She had a light maternity dress. To stay warm she hid heating pads in her fake belly. Because running in the fields in a long dress was not easy to take at all.
Fiona said, "I had to mind the dress from being blown up while acting. However I couldn't be too exaggerated. I wasn't worried about accidental exposure. I only focused on acting. Because the shoot jumped around, my fake belly had to be take on and off. I didn't have too hard of a time but the crew who had to get it on me did." Also, in the film she got pregnant out of wedlock. She said that in real life she matured early too, but only in thought. When she was in elementary school she was already thinking about which secondary school to attend. In secondary school she was thinking about what to do after graduating from the university.
Romantically she also considered herself mature early because she already had dating experience when she was very little. However every time she has been hurt and each time she needed over a year to return to normal. The process has been very painful. Ultimately youth is limited, how many more one year could she waste?
As for what she looked for in a guy, Fiona felt that liking the guy is the most favorite. She could not randomly fall in love. She had to be in it before considering accepting it. She felt that always smiling, having things to talk about, filial and kind hearted are rather important. On the other hand good looking and richguys are not her cup of tea. She felt that both will be gone with time, thus love at first sight will not work on her. Does Cho Ming fit her criteria? She said that she has not met Cho Ming since this collaboration. "We weren't familiar, but we had to hold hands and embrace. Later I tried to make myself love him to be able to perform more naturally."
When asked how he would handle the pregnancy in real life, Cho Ming said, "I have had a girlfriend, luckily nothing like this happened. I won't let something like this happen."
Fong Cho Ming revealed that his first love was when he was 18. Father Jackie Chan broken them up and shipped him from Canada to America. He has no blame for his father now because his father only wanted him to focus on his education. He realized that at the time he only liked her.

Fiona Sit Hoi Kei's new record FUNNY GIRL is released today. Fiona for lucky went to buy it at record stores. She has placed an advanced order for 60 for her film 2 YOUNG (JO SHOOK)'s crew. She said, "During the shoot many crew members asked me for the record, but because my previous one only had a limited edition of 3,000 units I didn't have enough to give them. So this time I left 40 for them."
"This record is very special. In it I will give a present to friends, but I can't say what yet. Earlier I went out with friends and the press always got their pictures. I felt bad so I gave them something, but they have to buy the record to find out what it is."

Fiona Sit Hoi Kei yesterday attended an autograph session and performance. Although only 100 spots were available, the venue had many onlookers. Most of the fans were male. One male fan was very excited and kowtowed twice to Lady Fiona.
Fiona yesterday received flowers, cake, ballet shoes and 88 red eggs to wish her new record success. A male fan screamed her name and sang KEANU REEVE'S REPLY (KEI LOK LEI WAI SI WUI SHUN) to get her attention. he also screamed that he really liked Fiona. Then when he asked for an autograph security tensed up, but as he bowed twice and everyone thought that he would propose to Fiona, the fan said, "Your humble servant pays his respect to Lady Fiona."
Fiona revealed that two nights ago she dreamt about the autograph session changed its format and completely caught her offguard. She was also worried that no fan would show up. As for the fan, she said, "He is very creative." Fiona said that this was not the first time she has seen that fan. "He has never been so excited before. Actually he was very satisfied if I just waved to him on stage. Fans only scream when they like you."

Actually, she caught my eye in it with her unique voice...and after doing a search found out she's been in the HK entertainment industry for well over a year.
Well I went out and got her latest album, and she's definitely a got an awesome voice!
Too bad I can't find her "F" Debut album anywhere....
I just have 3 chapters of TA left...don't really want it to end, its definitely been my favourite show of 2005, especially seeing the return of Michael Miu!
Actually, does anyone know if any music stores (wherever you live) are still selling copies of Fiona's first album - "F" Debut (Limited Edition)?
I've been looking for it for a few weeks now!
Thanks

Fiona the Worst Female Police in History
Sorry for me bad translation:
To become the ‘flower’ of the police force, you have to under go difficult training. Fiona in order to be part of ‘the academy’, she had to act as a rich and spoilt girl wanting to become a police women. Unfortunately the training was too hard to handle and Fiona was the worst out of all the other training cadets. No matter, on screen or off screen, Fiona could hardly handle the sun shining onto her as she was filming. Being the ‘flower’ of PTS isn’t easy at all. Lets see how many stages she could pass as a policewomen.
Need to be Saved when Rowing
To pass the exams of PTS and get into the police force, you have to be fit and active. One of the skills you need is to row a boat. But Fiona not only could not row but she had to be saved by fellow student, Sammul Chan. Fail!
Easily Injured
Fiona, who is a rich and spoilt, movements are so ‘girly hand girly leg’ (je sou je gerk), during training she cant stop injuring herself! Fail!
Too shy not Sporty Enough
Even when warming up before swimming, Fiona has to wear a t-shirt over her bathers. A policewoman shy about showing her body, what shall we do?! Fail!
Cutting her Hair, Change of Style
To star in ‘The Academy’, Fiona had to cut her hair short like a true training female cadet. This may have scared many of her male fans but did show that she did how something that represented a policewoman. Pass!
Congratulations
Even though she is nothing like a policewomen, she still passed as one in ‘The Academy’! Now she is a ‘Holding Gun Policewoman’.

Fiona Sit Hoi Kei yesterday attended a new record autograph session. Fiona said that last time a male fan knelt in front of her. She learned from the crew that the fan planned to attend yesterday and even asked to join the security. Fiona said, "If one day he in order to block people fell on me, I would have to carry him around during work."
Fiona two days ago has started work on her film YUNG PO (EMBRACE) with Dylan Kuo (Kwok Bun Chiu). She felt that they both wanted to learn the other's dialect for convenient communication. Kwok even suggested to the director to add more Cantonese lines for him. When asked to choose between Jaycee Chan (Fong Cho Ming) and Kwok Bun Chiu for a rumored boyfriend, Fiona only smiled and did not know how to respond.
