just tried to add some tidbits from kang xi show on show and barbie hehe!

* on the day of filming their first scene ,when xiao zhu was riding his bike getting ready, da s was standing there holding her umbrella then very solemnly asks "xiao zhu, how long since you last acted?" xiao zhu replied," about two years or more" and then da s just nodded then walked away, leaving xiao zhu really nervous. why did she ask that question? so it made him forget his lines and babbled haha!!! because he was so nervous! da s said she was just playing with him haha!

* da s praises xiao zhu saying he really can cry because when they were trying to get into the emotions needed for a certain scene xiao zhu's tears would be flowing instantly. but sometimes the script just needed him to be teary-eyed haha! and da s was the one who needed to be really crying but in the end it was xiao zhu who was crying and da s teary-eyed haha!

*xiao zhu is really playful on set. when there are scenes that are shot with da s 's back on the camera, she will seriously act with xiao zhu. but when it is xiao zhu's back that is to the camera, he will then make faces while barbie is acting and saying her lines. hahaha! but no matter what he does, she will still act out the scene seriously and won't get affected.

*when da s saw that xiao zhu was always under the sun and sometimes even taking off his shirt to get a tan, she approached him and said, "xiao zhu, even though u're a male artist, u can't be too dark because u'll appear dirty on screen, so here." she gives him a sunblock lotion. but when he put it on, he then was too white! haha! there's like white streaks on his face haha!

*when waiting in the car with xiao zhu for it to become dark to film a scene, da s was impatient. because she wanted to go home already. but the car's tint was really dark, and she thought it was already dark enough so she wanted to tell the director they can start filming. but when she opened the door it was really very sunny outside! hahaha! and she was like "whoa!" and quickly closed the car door. and then became very quiet . xiao zhu was at the back trying not to laugh haha! she though it was dark already because of the car tint haha!

*kang yong asked da s what if she was carrying an umbrella outside and the other actresses aren't what does she do? she tells xiao zhu to get the under the umbrella too, and xiao zhu always says that he doesn't mind, it's ok. but da s insists that he get under it and tells him if he doesn't how would it look like. haha! because it's not a good sight to see she's the only one with the umbrella and the other actors are sweating under the sun haha!

*dee asked if they had any kissing scenes, da s said they have. and dee asked on what level? da s said, it looks like they are hugging and kissing passionately. dee asked if their lips really touched and da s said yes. and the whole set's atmosphere turned awkward <--dunno if true, maybe they just exaggerated haha!

*when they were going to film the kissing scene, xiao zhu was super nervous. and he couldn't take in what the director was telling him. all he could hear was "later, you'll kiss her."

*when he NGed because he had his eyes open while kissing da s, the crew was going "oh, trying to take advantage; one more take." and xiao zhu was saying "no, im not!" haha! very violent and agitated haha!

*barbie's curious about xiao zhu's lovelife but even when after filming a very emotional scene and they were tired, she wanted to catch him off-guard and asks "so what's happening really between you and selina?" but still she can't get anything out of xiao zhu.

*when they were filming, da s would always say she is really strong. when she and xiao zhu fights, she'll definitely win him. xiao zhu says it's impossible. then da s sais when filming wraps up, she'll pour water over his head then they'll fight! xiao zhu said, ok! he's game! and da s would say "i'll beat you to death!" hahaha! dee said they were crazy!

*the bathroom incident hehe! da s said she looked down but there really was nothing there haha! and she asked xiao zhu "where did you hide it?" and xiao zhu said, "it was a bit dark" hahaha!

da s and xiao zhu are really funny haha! you can tell they're really good friends! ^o^ hope to watch corner with love soon! yey!

I thought Kangxi one was much funnier because they are talked abt what happen on the set.

A short summary of the 100& entertainment (I caught it on cable yesterday)

Da S criteria for a boyfriend, he must be very goodlooking and tall and can stand her family members because they are not easy to get along, he doesn't need to be smart, just need to have a good heart and like animals (she has a dog).

1st competition
Acting
It was actually from a scene of the show which Da S and Xiao Zhu acted.. Zhi Kai was really blur, he didn't pay attention to the clip cos he thot only xiao zhu wld be acting in it, dean cldn't speak proper chinese (he is a japanese) so he added his own lines while xiao zhu decided to act while imitating this actor (can't recall his name but it was really funny).

Have to say all 3 were not really good, Dean won because his acting was most natural.

2nd Competiton
Talent
Zhi Kai sang a song. Da S was anticipating this because he had practised the most but was real disappointed because she was expected his voice will crack on certain parts (like it did while he was practising) but it didn't happen.

Dean played an electric guitar while seating down. No one cld tell what he was doing, later he explain he was doing a free style solo. It was some sentimenal song not that heavy metal kind.

Xiao Zhu cooked fried omelette with vegetables because Da S is a vegetarian. He actually flipped the omelette on the wok a few times. The rest tasted it and everyone said it tasted good.

Xiao Zhu was because Da S mention that he is good in singing, dancing, playing instruments but he didn't perform this, he cooked insteas, something he is not an expert in, he acted as a chef in that show and they had finished shooting it a long time, he still cld remember how to cook.

The Zhi Kai talk about how nice Da S was and how great she was.

Dean use different languages to say "i love you"

Xiao Zhu talked abt how he fell for her in the set, he says she is very beautiful and he carrys a photo of her. He takes out this photo of D S from his pocket with the words I love Da S. After that Xiao Gui revealed that Xiao Zhu had just remove the photo from the 100% entertainment set, pointing to the empty photo frame.

In the end Da S choose Zhi Kai as the winner cos she say he is the blur blur kind and more honest while the other 2 (i think she means that they are better with making friends/talking with girls) i can't really recall..


Anyway the whole show is staged, don't think anyone actually was trying to win her over. Think everyone can see how happy she is with vic (and he does meet all her criteria) I recalled Xiao Zhu taking part in this when Jolin was the one choosing, which happent his year also and he always perform to win kind.

I'm watching part 1 of the KangXi ep now, and they are talking about how fast paced the director and lighting crew are, I'm quite surprised actually! I always knew director Lin is a very fast director, but I never knew he was THAT quick! But it's great that he doesn't put too much pressure on the actors in terms of sleeping time, other directors tend to give the cast and crew little sleeping time by getting them up and working really early in the morning until very late at night, sometimes even way past midnight! But the earliest director Lin gets them filming is 10am, and finish at 11pm, which is great, it gives the cast and crew more sleeping and resting time. He's very fast paced when they're filming, Show said that whenever they finish a scene, they immediately go on to the next scene, director Lin gets the crew working so fast that they are all set and ready even before the actors get a chance to change their clothes!
The lighting crew are particularly fast too, Xiao Gui said they change the light settings like changing car tires in the middle of an F1 motor race, that's how fast they are! I feel sorry for the lighting crew cuz sometimes they have to film outside on a rainy day, so the lighting equipment can easily get damaged and the crew members tend to get electrocuted, but they're still able to get the equipment up and running. Barbie said when they finish filming for the day, they would spot blood cuz the lighting crew would tend to bleed from their injuries; they get hurt whenever they need to set up or change the light settings...poor them

anyway, part 1 hasn't fully d/led yet, I just wanted to share that cuz I personally found that really interesting

u are right, they are just saying that the guy who plays Barbie's fiance Chen Zhi Kai looks like ZZ. Chen Zhi Kai says that he sometimes talks to ZZ, and he would always be the one who starts the conversation. I think he looks like ZZ from some angles too...but Show still has a much more resemblance to ZZ than CZK is

AHHH I can't wait for this series to show only a few more days!! I totally love Da S. Although her personality sometimes annoys me cause she always acts like she is a princess but I can't deny her acting skillings after watching meteor garden and mars. I have to applause her for her acting. I can't wait to see this series, Alan Luo is a very talented guy, I didn't even know he sang until his year. He had a wonderful voice. I look forward into see their work!

Barbie and Show are on Blackie's show throughout. CWL also appeared on 'Peach Protein' and Fan Fan's show, but only Barbie and Angie Chai present.

I've watched the Kangxi Lai le and Wo Ai He Se Hui with the casts of Corner With Love and I've seen all the commercials for this series, it seems so exiting! Barbie and Alan have great chemistry and it's so cute how Alan gets tense when he has to kiss Barbie! hehe. I really want to see how Barbie goes from Meteor Garden/Mars (the poor but strong girl) to the Corner With Love (Rich and strong girl). There is a big difference. =) I think this will be a great! series!!

in 100% entertainment:
the part where barbie was introducing herself she had to say her age she said she was 30years old already. and then said, "so what? it's not allowed?" haha!

*i just have to say she looks stunning! haha!

what show said on the first part to barbie: hi, da s! i'm luo zhi xiang, please forget everything that has happened before. today, i've signed up here because i really want to woo you. you're really very beautiful today."

xiao gui asked him that's all? and show said, for now, i still have something to say later!


like the part where da s was gonna pin the card on the winner she purposely pushed xiao zhu to trick him into thinking he won but she was really putting it on dean hahaha!

the part where they were tasting xiao zhu's cooking. xiao zhu and xiao gui were gonna taste too so barbie gave him her chopstix. and show was mouthing to xiao gui "this is her chopstix, this is her chopstix" and barbie was pushing show because she knows what he was thinking! so he dipped the chopstix end into the sauce and put it into his mouth to taste. then barbie said, " actually it was fang fang jie's chopstix that i gave you" and xiao zhu's reaction was funny! fang fang jie was like "are my chopstix that bad? no, i put them there on the table" and xiao zhu was laughing and saying "fang fang jie, it's not like that" hahaha! so cute! xiao zhu is ! haha using the same chopstix as barbie is like touching lips with her haha!

AvO, i can' translate yet in detail the part of show's confession at the end. youtube isn't working for me hehe! internet connection sucks!!! huhu!

all in all i really enjoyed watching all the shows! hehe because i really wanted to see them interact! though 100% entertainment is obviously staged because who really is going to woo her seriously??? haha she's got zaizai haha! but it's still funny and entertaining! i think xiao zhu is really sincere about the part where he says he fell for her on the set. because i think it's true. but the part with her picture haha that was exaggerated! haha! because xiao zhu, being xiao zhu is really going to give his best! because i think he's that kind of person haha! and of course, he wants to make it interesting haha! a natural performer! but xiao zhu and barbie's chemistry is undeniable hehe!

I just finished watching the promo on 100% Ent. And I have to say that I really enjoyed it! A lot more than the KangXi promo actually! I guess it’s because it’s fun to see the 3 guys pull of their talents to win Barbie over! and everyone on the show are casts of CWL, the interactions between all of them was really enjoyable, they all got on so well together! I really enjoyed it! KangXi on the other hand got abit boring for me on some parts, and Xiao Gui rarely said anything! So I prefer the 100% Ent promo! I haven’t watched the Blackie show yet, so I have no comment on that...but I'm d/l it now!

Even though I am a full-blooded VicBie fan, and love Barbie with Show too, but after watching the 100% Ent show, I’m beginning to like her with both Chen Zhi Kai and Dean as well! I was actually quite surprised when I saw how great Barbie got along with those guys, she seems to have good chemistry with both of them! and I’m really starting to like Dean! Normally some guys tend to look handsome, while others are rather cuter, but Dean is both handsome and cute! I loved it when the guys had to express their feelings to Barbie at the end and Dean said “I love you” in 5 different languages; english, chinese, japanese, korean and french! and I think he even said it in Hokkien as well! He is sooooo kawaii! he reminds me of ZZ! I think cuz he's really cute and funny sometimes, just like ZZ! and he is also a gemini! If I was the one choosing, I would most definitely choose him!

Barbie thought about it and said that Show can be a handful sometimes, and although Dean is very handsome, but maybe u might grow tired of him after a while…so she chose Chen Zhi Kai; reason being is that even though he doesn’t seem to be the type who has the abilities to really impress a girl in the beginning, but he might be the sort who would gradually surprise u and eventually show his more impressive and romantic side…Xiao Gui interrupted her before she could finish, so I THINK that was what she was gonna say! haha! barbie really does have chemistry with both other guys haha! with dean i think for me he wasn't that sincere though haha! i know it's staged and all but still haha!

I know what u mean, but since it's staged, all 3 guys were not really "sincere"...if it was all for real, I'm sure Dean would've been much sincere...I actually think out of all 3 guys, Dean was probably the MOST sincere, because his japanese and has only just started learning chinese, but was able to say "I love you" in 5 different languages, that itself is alot already, and then he plays a guitar solo for Barbie I dunno...I just think he was the more sincere one, since he was worked hard for it...Show on the other hand even though he said all these loving things, but I just thought he exaggerated at some parts, and the frying egg part just seemed like he was just showing off ' And Chen Zhi Kai, well, he seemed the least sincere, cuz throughout the whole thing, he just seemed bored like he didn't even want to participate in it!
So yeah, Dean seemed the most sincere to me!

And on Blackie's show, Barbie had to pick which lips she likes the most, and since the faces are covered, she didn’t know which lips belonged to who…she had to pick from least favorite to most fav, so the fact that she picked ZZ’s lips last means that she likes his lips the MOST!
And I’m not surprised that Barbie picked Jacky Wu's lips as the one she LEAST likes! I don’t think anyone would want to kiss him! ' Good choice Barbie! and I think she was also relieved when Jacky's face was revealed!

They asked Zhi Kai if he is a wife-beater. then Xiao Zhu said to Da S, look at the way his eyes look, you still have a chance to choose again! haha!

no problem AvO! haha! that scene from the trailer was very funny! :buahaha wish that they had more promotions haha! wishful thinking! hope someone uploads fanfan's show on youtube! that's the only one we haven't watched yet! saw the peach protein episode. it was just very short! but still, better than nothing! cai jie was saying that xiao zhu said that one of the kissing scenes should be edited out because his face there was dark. haha! and cai jie was like really? is it? xiao zhu said yes because he watched it several times! haha! and cai jie was thinking, why are you watching the kiss scene again and again? is it because you're enjoying it? hahaha! :buahaha

mmm...seems like this will broadcast on ETTV as well, but it'll be re-runs...my chinese reading skills are not good, but I THINK it says on the screen that it'll air from the 20th of jan, it'll air every saturday afternoons at 4:30 pm on ETTV.

They've released so many trailers and have gone on quite alot of shows, they've even promoted in the mainland when it's not even released in taiwan yet! seems like CTV and Comic Ritz are trying to promote this drama as much as possible! Well, that's great news, it'll certainly draw alot more attention and interest! But I hope they don't reveal too much though '
