Huang Shengyi has a horse face, and big nose. When she smiles, she is fatally attractive.


Zhou Xun is almost perfect. If you are critical, her only shortcoming is that her mouth looks like an old lady's.


Cecilia Cheung's face is perfect too, but her voice is terrible, just like a weight lifter.


Xu Xiyuan, nickname Big S, is average except beautiful long hair. By the way, she has big ears.


Xu Xidi, nickname Small S, just pretty, not beautiful. Small eyes, thin lips, but a TV show hostess like her needs intelligence rather than beauty.

Like Cecilia's, her face is pretty much perfect, but her voice isn't.
But maybe saying that it sounds like a weight-lifter is a bit harsh!

I agree that Liu Yi Fei aren't that impressive; it is her whole image and the roles she has protrayed makes her to look like a fairy
But I though Zhou Xun is pretty as compared to many other female artistes; Barbie is more elegant whereas Xiao S is prettier
No one is perfect; much less those actress out there ^^;

I think it's more of a satirical article just based on opinions.
But I have to admit, some of those speculations are quite true while others are not.
All of them have some real uniqueness to their beauty.
But in the end...Beauty is in the eye of the beholder.
Besides, no one is perfect.

Although I'm a fan of Vicki. I gotta say that I don't think any of these ladies on the list "hot" or "pretty". (I might say Vicki and Cecilia before, but now? no no)
I also agree that the comments don't contain much professionalism. It's like a bunch of opinions putting together and stamped a label on. I can do that, ANYONE can do that.
ALSO, the one about Zhou Xun being "almost perfect" is a bunch of crap. I don't find her features to be any memorable or considerateably pretty. In fact, her face looked distorted. People just gotta separate being "pretty" from "talented". I won't comment on their talent because I don't really know their works but look-wise, completely disagree with this list. Going back to ZX, "if you're critical", that just bugs me. How is it that if one finds her not "perfect" is considered critical while the author is slamming on sort of comments about the rest. I had to stop reading after the comment about ZX, it just ridiculously funny.

Gong Li and Zhou Xun owns all the other wannabes in this list. why is liu yi fei even on here? she's THE plainest person i have ever seen in my life. cecillia looks like a poor man's version of maggie cheung, who SHOULD be on the list. i have no idea who huang shenyi is. and da & xiao s are not relevant enough to be on this list.

My favorite is defiantly Liu Yi Fei because I like how she looks so classical and her eyes are pretty unique, they're big and bright. Huang Shenyi, Ziyi Zhang and Gong Li comes in next. The article doesn't speak well of beauty. It's about uniqueness. The criteria attributed to the 10 hot female stars in China is perhaps what makes them unique.

However, I still find them all beautiful in their own respective ways but not all can be called charming. I would rather want to have charms than beauty. Beauty simply fades away but charms gives you power of pleasing and attracting.

Others may find BARBIE not beautiful but no one can deny she got charms, the reason why many find her pleasing and attractive. Proof is her many product endorsement. She is the most-sought commercial model simply because she can attract crowds.

Oh yes....I would rather want to have big ears. It signifies long life.

Alot of the points were subjective. I personally think Gong Li's lips aren't too thick. I would not say Zhang ZiYi is more beautiful than Gong Li, in my opinion Gong is more attractive in a seductive womanly, femme fatale way than ZZY is. Zhang ZiYi looks are alot better than they way she acts though.

Vicki Zhao is a babe, so is Liu YiFei, LYF has this elegant aura about her, she carries herself very well.

And come on, Cecilia is gorgeous, but we're attacking her voice here?? I thought we were just being superficial here & just talking about looks!!

As for Barbie Xu, I wouldn't say she is hot as such but she is pretty- looove her hair, love her boyfriend even more hahaha
