Can someone let me know what foods give you pimples and acne?
Also, if you have oily skin, and you use oil paper, will that also lessen pimples?
Thank you!

for me chocolate, chips, oreo cookies, peanuts, and eatting too much red meat gives me pimples, probably more but i dont remember on the top of my head.
if you have an oily face in general i dont think eatting anything would really be a diffrence.

Umm well what I know of is fried food is commonly known and sometimes spicy food because they can irritate your skin sometimes.
Plus keep your face clean, oil can trap your skin from breathing so yano xD!!~

Dermatologists does and still do say that there are no food that causes acne. At least there are no studies that prove otherwise.
In order to get less pimple...drink lots and lots of water, and eat lots of veggie. Less on the meat, and eat some fish. As I said before, try to eat as much of a balanced meal as u can, and not eat that many spicy goodies.

Try to keep up on clear liquids too, like juices and such. Those are good for your system, and helps you cleanse out the dirty stuff in your skin and body.

anything that looks oily is good to stay away from basically. but acne is supposed to be a phase that 4/5 out of teenagers experience. You'll get it, just different forms of it throughout being a teenager. Lay off chocolate and fried stuff for a while and see how it turns out.

If you skin is dirty it clogs the pores this is when you get pimples, nothing to do with food.

Here's some I can think of: Chips, Chocolate, Crisps, Peanuts, Curry etc
Spicy, Oily and Fatty foods are no-no-no!
Spicy foods are the worst, I ate Spicy Sensations' Crisps two days in a row (one each day) and my pimples were so bad, it wasn't a good choice to try them again
They tasted so good though

spicy food can give you pimples. if you have oily skin, use facial products for oily skin so it can balance your oilyness.
