Akuen, ooh, yay, you finished ISWAK just in time for TKA! Omigosh, Ariel is so great in the first eppy! Ooh, and you’re going to watch Love Contract? It’s not as popular as ISWAK, but I love Love Contract. It’s a whole different atmosphere, but Ariel’s acting is seriously awesome – I can’t believe she didn’t get an award for it. her and Mike’s chemistry onscreen is incredible, too. hope you like it… it’s slower-paced, but really worth watching (I think).

Catalie, great to see you back here! Thanks for the rough translation of what Ariel said. I really love her smile. Heh, so you watched SG, too? I love/hate Xiao Min’s character, but Ariel did a great job in portraying XM, hehe.

Heh, Ariel looks very serious, probably because Huang Rong is a very contradictory character… she is both playful and dead serious/clever and cute and dangerous. Heh, let’s hope her voice is only dubbed by herself! *hopes* =) (heh, didarling is so happy because if all of the voices are dubbed, that means they haven’t done the final editing yet to put everyone’s OWN voices in… so Ariel’s voice can still be her own voice!)

About TKA, the bed scene was supposedly (not definitely true… just rumor) cut by CTV *themselves* because they were afraid of suits and family friendliness or something. Many people are protesting, but GTV *supposedly* might be showing *Winnie’s* cut version (the fuller version) of the bed scene instead of the weird cut CTV did. so make sure to download the GTV version of ep. 1 after it comes out next week...

Oh wow, I loved the police station scene! Ariel did such a great job of being scared and confused… I felt so bad for her, especially when she started crying… awww! and then Zhi Shu came in, and you could just sense her relief… and her indignant feeling toward the police officers (she still didn’t really understand).

The balcony scene was seriously awesome – Ariel and Joe were both very into it, and Ariel’s expressions were beautiful… went gradually from shock to happiness to pure love. Man, but I’m annoyed at CTV for badly editing the bed scene… even Joe was surprised… he wrote that he couldn’t believe they cut it. Ariel and Joe and Winnie worked so hard on that scene! Hopefully, the GTV version will really be the longer bed scene version!!

Hi Loves! Heh, it sure looks like Ariel’s having fun in China from the BTS of LOCH that have come out =) the director (of LOCH) seems pretty nice – he does have a weird sense of humor, but he brought out the cake for Ariel at midnight on the LOCH set for her birthday. Heh, the director and whole cast and crew who were filming then were in on Ariel’s big birthday surprise with the fireworks and cake and stuff!

I’m thinking with all the protests, GTV will hopefully show Ariel and Joe’s bedroom scene – it’d be beneficial for them, and I think many people would rewatch what they already saw on CTV to catch all of the missing cut scenes (not just the bed scene, I think?)

I think Ariel really got along well with the nurses group – the 5 (Ariel, Figaro, Danson, 5 Bear, Xiao Zhen) named themselves something like “5 flowers” because they all had birthmarks in the same place/area or something… lol, it was some interesting coincidence, and plus, they all got along really well and had fun filming together.

Beautiful illusions, yeah, Ariel’s character seems cuter to me in TKA than in ISWAK, too. she’s even more endearing, and Ariel’s natural beauty is allowed to shine through more (they kind of disguised it in ISWAK).

入冬以来，横店片场的气温直线下降，演员们的拍摄生活也变得更加辛苦起来。比如，正在忙着“射雕”的胡歌和黄秋生，就碰到了不同的状况。

戏才拍了一点点，胡歌却不见了。一转眼“郭大侠”已经捧着热气腾腾的方便面出现在片场，看得“俏黄蓉”林依晨垂涎三尺。导演见状只得赶紧将他驱逐出“主战场”，免得扰乱军心。

　　为了不影响大家的拍摄状态，胡歌只得躲在树后狼吞虎咽。可即便如此，还是引得大家争相效仿。

　　（胡歌：今天吃方便面有两个原因，但都不是因为饿，第一个原因是馋，第二个原因是冷。）

　　其实胡歌为了吃面，早在前一天就说服住在附近的阿婆，把家里的锅和天然气瓶搬到现场，现煮现卖方便面。

　　（胡歌：她一开始还不愿意 她说就你一个人吃我不搬的，我说说不定今天会有很多人呢 然后你们全来了她就特别开心，然后她刚刚跑过来跟我说 我今天中午奖励你一个菜）

　　小辈们用一碗热气腾腾的方便面御寒，而“东邪”黄秋生却偷偷在一旁借着梯子做起了运动，突然发现自己被摄像机团团围住，竟然不好意思起来。

　　（黄秋生：哇 我又不习惯了 [您是因为太累了还是因为这里天气太冷的缘故]都有 天气冷 长时间没有锻炼 差不多一个月没有锻炼[平常自己都会做一些简单的动作]我的腰有伤 有问题 所以要长期作运动）

　　新版的《射雕英雄传》预计要到明年年初才能杀青，看来剧组还得作好抗寒准备。

　　（林依晨：其实我们还没进入真正冷的季节，听他们说 冷的话之后还会再下雪，到时候可能连我们年轻人也挺不住。）

i just wanna say XQ in TKA become more beautiful and cute...as well as her hubby ZS...
a lot of people commenting about the kissing and bed scene...but i think the scene was really sweet...never saw the scene like that in any taiwanese series yet...
so ariel will be back in the middle of jan,right?
i hope she will take some rest first before continue with TKA promo...

Awww, I just love Ah Jin. In both Hana Kimi and ISWAK, Jiro’s characters were two of my absolute favorites.
Haha, yeah, I can’t believe Xiang Qin made up that story on the plane… lol, that was too funny!
My fave Ariel/XQ scene was probably the police station scene – aww, she looked so scared, and then her getting upset at the police was funny, too. (heh, and learning the word for “police”! =D)

Mirror, heh, I think a lot of us watched without subs, because we were too excited about TKA! As didarling said, we’ll get to see Ariel in TKA for 5 months, and then when TKA is over, we’ll only have to wait 2 months to see Ariel again in LOCH!! Heeee, I’m so excited! Hmm, I hope a subbing group picks up LOCH, too =)

I’ve just watched the 1st episode of TKA without any interruption at all… it’s soooo good! I must say this because it’s been quite long I’ve never enjoyed taiwanese drama like this.. it was a very hilarious episode.. and ariel’s performance was splendid! No wonder the rating was so high!!! I really hope to see it gets 9!

I give her major props for losing so much weight...major inspiration for me. HAHAHA.

To be honest I can't really see her as HR, I guess I still have her portrayal of Xiao 7 stuck in my mind. I mean Xiao 7 was cute at first, but then it became a little over the top (and a tad bit annoying) for me. However, I watched a few of her interviews on Youtube and Ariel seems like a really mature person and completely different from Xiao 7. So I'm ecstatic to see how she lives vicariously through Huang Rong. YAY.

Does anyone know the official release date? Sometime in spring of 2008 right?

Sorry if this sounds like a completely stupid question. But What's TKA? Is it "It Started With a Kiss 2?" No right? But judging from the pictures, it seems to have Joe in it as well.

I didn't watch ISWAK. I'm actually not a big fan of modern day series because they are all a bit too comical and not serious enough for me. But I've heard a lot of raves about ISWAK so I might give it a try.

Did Ariel mention how she lost so much weight? Did she go on a stringent diet or something?

By the way...judging from the 8 minute preview clip, did they already finish all their dubbing since the clip has all it's voices already.

There's this girl at my school that looks alot like ariel when I first saw her I had to do a double take lol.
