Many pictures had been posted on Korean websites recently doing a picture comparison of Song Hae Gyo pictures before and after plastic surgery and invited lots of discussion among netizens. Many netizens exclaimed after seeing the pictures, “Never would have believed that Song Hae Gyo would have gone for plastic surgery.” Others commented, “Really a surprise to learn of this, but the evidence is clear, still can’t believe that she went for plastic.”

I guess SHK's nose does look alot bigger in those old school pics. It's a shame that she's not a natural beauty but plastic surgery is a common thing these days. If she didn't have plastic surgery she may not have been as famous as she is today. I think she made the right choice anyway, as she looks beautiful these days!

Has no one seen her baby photos? THAT WOMAN LOOKS EXACTLY THE SAME AS HER CHILDHOOD PHOTOS..

those photos were taken in HIGH SCHOOL - mind you, girls, do you not remember baby fat? When you get older you eventually lose the baby fat and the shape of your face changes, I mean, after braces I looked so completely different - not just my teeth, my jaw..

And ANDY LAU, remember back in the day when he was a bit chubby, his nose looked rather different to how it looks like now because of the amount of weight he lost...

I think she just lost her baby fat and the fat from her nose and cheeks.. =/ When you look at her profile, she is still a remarkably better looking person ... than well... nearly everyone else.

I love the way she looked in Autumn Tale and she looks very different now. It's obvious though that at least part of that is because she's lost weight around her face. I don't know enough about her to judge whether she had surgery, but I actually think she looked better in Autumn Tale than the does lately.

She's still a beautiful woman, I hope it's still natural. From those high school pics she was still really cute.

Seriously, what's so surprising? It's Korea for heaven's sake! The plastic surgery capital of the world? And honestly, I'm not buying all this 'everything about her is all natural' BS.

Her nose was definately bigger back than...no matter how much baby fat you had and lose, there shouldn't be such a dramatic change in the facial features...In the face shape yet, but such a distinctive change to the shape of the nose is a little hard to believe as just 'losing baby fat.'

i have tried, tested and succeeded (glam photo neyone?)

i hate my nose.. but through those steps i can actually achieve a good nose.. so i know that, so if that is what SHK's naturalness is about.. then i can say she is natural but enhanced with makeup...

and people's face changes as they grow... weight can make a huge difference....
but i believe she didn't... coz she looks exactly like her baby pics... pretti girl she is... =)

I have never doubted that she have had plastic surgery. It is so common in Korea that YOU have to have plastic surgery. Really, every single celebrity in Korea has done something in the face before.

I can't stand when people say it's okay to do it because everyone else does it. There's no need for her to have plastic surgery but she chase to go under the knife and that proofs she's so desperate for fame and money it's just that simple she is FAKE so face the fact people...In America you can be famous as long as your talented like Sarah Jessica Park (she looks like a witch). But I guess it’s not the same in Korea, but still you should be happy for being who you are and what god gave you.

I don't think that she has done plastic surgery. The reason why her nose looks flatter is because she is smiling so widely. Normally people who smiles their noses spread and their eyes are small.

i think SHK is a natural beauty... it's really all about the proportions, and with the old high school pics of her supplied, it seems that she was chubbier back then, and thus the wider looking noise when she smiled...she obviously lost weight seeing as to how her face width is a lot smaller...i think she looks exactly the same as when she was younger, so i don't think she's done plastic surgery

I saw her baby pictures and it looks like how she is now so I still believe that she is 100% natural. People always look different as time pass by and by her HS pictures, you can tell that she was really chubby back then because her face was really round.

I think that she might have plastic surgery done....consider korean plastic surgeon are so professional and they make the change so subtle, it's not even noticeable for most ppl.

Seriously, years ago (Her 1st Drama), her eyes look smaller I remembered (you could argue that she is thinner now, but if you look closely, she can see her eyes (at least I saw) and nose are more define and beautified than it was before... Of course, you can still argue that she outgrow her baby image.lol.

She was nice looking to start out with, as matter as perfecting herself with the plastic surgery, I can't say it's impossible
Whether she has it done or not,..It shouldn't affect her performance on acting...so why does it matter if she is a natural beauty or not? Honestly, I bet most female(male) celebrities went under some perfecting touch on their appearance. After all, they want to present the best of themselves. Who is to say that natural beauty can't get botox ?

I don't know if the picture is stretched or not but if it is real it's not that uncommon in Korea to tweak this and that with plastic surgery. Although her eyes definitely do look smaller. Again makeup can also do a lot. Honestly, I don't care if a person has done surgery or not. Regardless I like her acting so that's good enough for me. The pretty is just a bonus.

I think she had her eyes and nosedone. Her eyes were really small before and her nose, wasn't flat but definitely not as defined as it is now.
