does it hurt? if so then i suggest u take a walk. i leanred this one the food network haha.
asians tends to have a weak digestions so we get gas caught. to release if u can just walk around or stretch. this will move the stomach muscles so it releases the wind trapped.

sorry for such a awkward question but what exactly it is like ? wind in stomach, never heard that before :)

If you mean a fart, just let it go out =)
It's said " better one fart then 10 doctors " hihi

Try to avoid eating food causing flatulence... cabbage, beans, pea ect.

I've never heard of something like wind in the stomach before...how odd?

How do you know when you have it?

Can you not just burp or something? lmao.

try asking a doctor? or google it. I'm sure you'd get an answer.

Drink something warm, anything. Hot chocolate, soup..
Do you have anything like an Asian alcohal rub? the brown one or clear one is fine. Rub it on your stomach.

Hope you feel better soon. =]

Just walk around and you'll then automatically burp the gas out. Doing some exercise can help too.

Don't always sit around.

You should always move around and exercise because after when you sit down all the time after you eat the gas and everything will be stuck inside and it's hard to digest the food, so you shouldn't always sit around.

The exercise dont have to be extreme, just take a walk around the block or just stand around, dont just sit

Drink ginger ale, take an anti-acid or tums...you probably have indigestion or build up of gases.

I use to have that problem...hated it. It's an air pocket in your stomach. Doesn't hurt like a painful hurt but it is an annoying pain that just sits there grrrr!

While back the doctor subscribed me some Prilosec....now you can buy it off the counter at any local drug store. Drinking milk will ease the annoying pain.
And also what Wennie said: use tiger balm and rub it in and around your belly button that'll help.

Hope you feel better bro or girl cause i'm feeling your pain.

Definitely use tiger balm and rub it around your belly before you go to sleep and bury yourself in under some cozy quilt or blanket. The warmer the better. You should be better the next day.

Or try drinking warm Ginger Tea.

Tiger balm is awesome. works for everything. Eat less fibres as that tends to be what causes wind in your stomach

What the doctors prescribes when I have diarrhea is 'charcoal' tablets to reduce the amount of wind in the tummy. It works but I don't know if it can be bought of the pharmacy shelves or not.
