And whoa, my blendings are at the two extremes huh, lol. I always have the tendency to blend too dark, and I think it's because of my laptop's brightness settings.

Especially your S.H.E one, it caught my eye, the coloring and repetition of the image brought out a fun and cute feeling. teehee I noticed how you like adding the exclamation point.XD
The Xiao Gui icon, I think you could have erased the part of the brush on his right eye, but otherwise I think you did a good job on that.:]]
For your Arron icon, I like how you made the picture black and white. :]] I think that the font color in the left corner should be a little bit darker though because I had trouble reading it. ><
Your Ashin Icon, I liked how you placed the text.
Also I ♥♥♥ your Ariel icon. teehee I really like your cropping and your use of brushes. :]]
For your posters, I think you could have used less textures? Other then that, good job! :]]

I tend to make my icons brighter, seeing how I always make my blends very dark. LOL. I'm glad you like them, and I'll update soon.

i LOVEEEE ur robot dancing S.H.E icon, the colours u used were really pretty
& bright & cheerful + i love the set up aswell! well done.
The ashin icon on ur first post, the text is a bit wobbly >_<" LOL.
i've just realized me & you have practically the same style
we both like toput a little small diff coloured box for the text to show up more clearly
if u get what i mean >_< but yeahhh.
i really liket he eddie icon, the text is well placed with a good choice of colour
one critique is that it's a bit dark? since its a cheerfuil pic of eddie
maybe u should have made it more bright + colourful?
the first guiwang icons i love the colouring it makes it feel really peaceful or something but i think it looks too plain, maybe add a border around it.etcetc.

Yeah when I look back on the Eddie icon now, it's a little too dark. I think I have a problem defining whether something is too light or dark, ahaha, from past experiences with my blends. LOL.

The first GuiWang icon took super long to make, because Photoshop was throwing a fit and kept hanging on me. It originally was much redder, but it turned out more white in the end? LOL. Ahaha, but I guess it's okay in this way, no? Lol.

AND YES! I simply love putting small boxes, haha. So fun! And they make your icons look livelier, no? Ahaha.

The S.H.E icon is, I swear, the best icon I've ever done. Seriously! LOL.

And I've been to your CB too, I love your GuiGui icons, super pretty with all of the bright splashes of colour, and YOUR CROPPING! Super good, ahaha. I can never do that, lol.

but my favourite colouring is the ashin one. The one he did with a twist? The colour looks nice, heh. In terms of picture, I like Show's one but the colouring is a little too...yeah, not the kind of colouring that seemed suitable for it but it looks okay la. Favourite icon would be the Hebe's one? Very cute, ah, she very pretty. As for the I do icons, I like the david with his angel wings. Very cute, hahahaha.

Hi, Hazel! (Wow, there are just soo many "Hazel"s on AF these days, hehehe!) I somehow have NEVER commented until now...

You do NOT seem like a newbie at all! I love the way you try to use so many different techniques on your icons. Even in the first post, I see textures, coloring, cool brushes, interesting text, "doubles" of pictures (I haven't tried that yet!, but yours look really awesome!)

I'll try to list some of my stand-out favorites. And give constructive criticism on a few others

Okay, I LOVE LOVE this XiaoGui one:

I think everything about it is great... the only MINOR thing is that the brush seems to go a little TOO far down onto his face, like on his eyelid. I like the brush on his hair, though, and I'm not too sure that erasing it from his eyelid wouldn't make the brush "end" abruptly, so... I don't know, it's a really great icon!

The coloring, doubling, and the text are great. And it looks really different in style from the XiaoGui one... this one's sort of muted and retro; the XiaoGui one was really bright and fun!

She looks incredibly regal here. It's the coloring you gave her, as well as the lettering you did in the background.

I like the orange, and the placement of the heart and text is great. I think Eddie's face might be a TAD too orange for me, but it's only a really really minor detail, and it may just be my computer resolution, come to think of it. It's a really great icon!
