I recently re-watched Just My Luck starring Lindsay Lohan and Chris Pine.
It's amazing how there were no draggy moments all throughout the film.

Watched on 07/17/09, Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince was not as bad as some people say. It was actually a great film, but a disappointing adaption. Anyways. It was worth it :)

Most recent movie would be probably Bruno... that movie scarred me for life probably and I'll never look at Sasha Baron Cohen the same way ever again... probably 3/5 cause wasn't as great as Bruno and I basically sat in the theatres the entire time with my jaw dropped in shock.

Lately been watching so many movies with roommate, like Transfomers II, Terminator Salvation, Harry Potter and Half Blood Prince + Order of Phoenix, Van Wilder Freshman Year, like ever since getting back from China been on nothing but movie binge.

We also like been on a True Blood marathon the last couple days.

The latest movie I just watched is G-Force...It was incredibly good. Even though I am old enough not to watch lil kids' movie. The movie was not like a cartoon or anything. It was kind of a relaxing thing to do. Watch a movie like that. I love it and rated 5.

Yehey I finished watiching Rainbow Song starring dearest Ueno Juri. Hayato Ichihara was cute and portrayed a very sunny personality too! The film was very spontaneous. But it was kind of weird, hehe. Very good direction, transitions, and camera angles.

I was excited to watch 5 Centimeters Per Second because people were talking about how nice it is. Hmm, the story was :) Just watch for yourselves. But no one can deny how beautiful (and i mean VERY beautiful) its artwork is. And the ending part was the only scene I enjoyed. High rating is for the artwork only.:D

There wasn't much to the story line but the movie was good except it was a tad too long (almost 2 hours ) The movie was cute, touching, funny, inspirational and the CGI animation was awesome xD

Saw Funny People... stars Adam Sandler and Seth Rogen

Was not expecting it to be funny but for it to provide a touching story... movie was half hour too long but it was funnier than expected. It was a sweet story with a nice ending.

Definitely recommend you to watch it. :)

District 9

It was pretty interesting. It's about a stranded alien ship that hoves over a city (I forget which one) and the humans discover that the aliens are malnourished n stuff so they set up a like refugee camp (portrayed as slums) for them. When the international alien negotiator/ reporter becomes involved, this get really interesting - especially at the end. That's all I'm gonna say. I recommend you go see it.

nyahaha. movie marathon. ^_^*

1. CJ7 - omgee omgee this is such a cute movie. i recommend you all to watch this. Although the story maybe simply plain and cliche, Dicky (kid) was just too cute & funny (Stephen Chow being hot and hilarious too). Btw, the beggar look fits him. :]

2. Again, another Ueno Juri film: Warau Michael. Haha, twisted movie. Good fight scenes.

3. Yehey comedy! Kimmy Dora starring Eugene Domingo. Very funny, but friends' spoilers had tremendous effect. Ang daming extras! sosyal

Rating: 3.5/5

4. Lastly (hopefully. I haven't started my papers yet. Stop watching. Stop it!) an 3D-animated film, Coraline (Dakota Fanning). Having written by Neil Gaiman, no one can deny the certain 'feeling' readers/viewers get from it. Just like the Grimm Brothers' works. Great film- but definitely creepy story.

Okay recently (actually, just now) I rewatched Haeundae: The Deadly Tsunami (or Tidal Waves).

Posted Image

All right, the plot is pretty obvious from the title itself. Tsunami happens, disaster strikes. What I really loved about this is that I think this film truly brought out the fear from a disaster, with close-ups of different characters. Every character's story development was incredibly satisfying and fully developed. That was what made me feel for them towards the end of the movie, during the tsunami itself. I actually started fearing for the disaster and would rather I go home without watching any tsunami in the movie about tsunami. And...I teared up at the deaths.

In my opinion, this movie is definitely worth watching and pretty much good in everything so I'm rating it a 5/5 :D (In fact I think this is much better than 2012 x.x)

i've just watched New Moon 2 days ago.. i didnt watch it on the fist few days it was showing bcoz the cinemas were all jampacked!
hmmm...for me, since i know the details already from having read all the books, watching the movie didnt make so much of an impact on me - though im still a big fan of the series, really! ...maybe im waiting for the major happening in Breaking Dawn.
BUT still, i wished i have spent my time watching Rain's ninja assassin instead...
