<JOEY YUNG x EASON CHAN 903 IDCLUB STRETCH OUT CONCERT> was held last night. This is the first time Hilary Tsui brought her daughter out to a public event to support her husband after the rumors with Eason and Kay started. Eason's father came back from Beijing to watch the show, but Hilary was not seated with him, she was in the VIP spots. She did bring her daughter during the concert to sit with her grandfather though. Although Joey's good friend Denise Ho was not able to attend due to being in a musical, but she "sent out" her parents and older brother to support Joey. Denise's brother was one of the musicians for the concert, Joey also introduced him on stage. Looks like Denise and Joey's friendship is quite strong.

Anita Yuen, Joe Ma and the rest of the cast from <Born Rich> were promoting for the series at Discovery Bay Gold Club. Being part of the nominations for Best Actress, Anita was said to be the "black horse", Joe Ma who was besides her said: "Your not using contract to exchange for award!" Anita then fought back: "At the moment, only my son can tie me up!" The Producer than joked: "Then let's sign your son too!" Anita said: "You wish!"
Anita also complained that because of the lack of promotions, the ratings were affected. 31-year-old actress Kyōko Hasegawa will star in a live-action drama adaptation of Norifusa Mita's Angel Bank: Dragon Zakura Gaiden workplace manga next year. As a loose sequel to the 2005 Dragon Zakura drama, Angel Bank Tenshoku Dairinin (Angel Bank, Occupational Change Agent) will premiere in January.
Hasegawa will reprise her role of Mamako Ino, an English teacher at one of Japan's roughest schools, Ryūzan High School. After nine years of teaching, Ino decides to "reset" her life and meets with Yasuo Ebisawa (Gokusen and Trick's Katsuhisa Namase), a charismatic "occupational change agent" who advises people on switching jobs. However, Ebisawa ends up hiring Ino as an occupational change agent herself. Together with her work partner Ryōta Taguchi (Gegege no Kitaro, Brave Story's Eiji Wentz), Ino helps others switch gears in their livelihoods and transform the rest of their lives.
Mita launched his Angel Bank: Dragon Zakura Gaiden manga in Kodansha's Weekly Morning magazine in 2007, and the ninth compiled book volume will ship next month. Masato Sakai and Yukie Nakama will be co-starring together for the first time in Yoshimitsu Moritas Bushi no Kakeibo (Household Accounts of the Samurai), an adaptation of a jidaigeki novel by history scholar Michifumi Isoda. The sceenplay was adapted by Michio Kashiwada (Goth).
The story is based on a real diary describing the life of a 3rd-generation samurai household during the late Edo period, in the midst of the Meiji Restoration which marked the end of the Tokugawa Shogunate. Sakai will play Hachidaime Naoyuki, an accountant within the once-powerful Kaga Domain. At any other time, his position in society would have brought him great wealth, but Hachidaime and his wife (Nakama) are now forced to live frugally as their social status deteriorates along with Japans feudal system. Through all their hardships, Hachidaime maintains his integrity and his wife makes do with what little they have left to make their home life as happy as possible.
Bushi no Kakeibo will be jointly distributed by Shochiku and Asmik Ace Entertainment and will be released nationwide in Japan next year.

Guang Ming Daily reported that Hong Kong actress Charmaine Sheh See-Man is the most expensive "dinner guest". Fuji TV announced another new dorama for the upcoming season. Yamada Ryosuke (16) from Hey!Say!JUMP will play his first lead role in a drama that will start airing next January (Saturdays at 9) on Nippon Television.
'Hidarime Tantei EYE' was aired as a tanpatsu in October. Yamada plays a junior high school student (Tanaka Ainosuke) who receives a corneal transplant from his elder brother. He then starts getting flashes from the new eye that led him to face off against a criminal organization.
Yamada commented,"I was very happy when I knew that I was to play Ainosuke again. I hope to make filming go smoothly with the help of the other actors. When I read the script and get to the unexpected endings, I think "I was tricked!". This time the stories will develop towards more unpredictable conclusions.
