DAIGO Rocks Shibuya! Cancels Event in 3 Minutes

On November 5th the three member band BREAKERZ led by rock singer DAIGO appeared in front of Tokyo's Shibuya 109 [department store]. They held a release event for their new single 'LOVE FIGHTER～恋のバトル～ / LOVE FIGHTER～Koi no Battle～'. 2000 fans flocked to the area. DAIGO was clearly having a good time and called out to his fans, 'What's up, babies!?' But unfortunately since there were too many people gathering, they had to cancel the event in just 3 minutes.

DAIGO and BREAKERZ later held a press conference on top of Shibuya 109. He was asked how he was fairing in his own battle of love. He replied dejectedly, "Lately I haven't been able to even climb onto the ring. I don't have any schedules for a battle now." DAIGO seemed keen on appearing in 'NHK Kohaku Uta Gassen', a large-scale TV music program annually held on New Year's Eve. "We're free on December 30th and 31st. Appearing in 'Kohaku' has always been one of our dreams. Please pick us! [as performing artists]"
